The U16 Girls Draw for this year's state championship is now out.

This photo schedule has be prepared to accommodate all teams with photos on the first day.

I am now in NZ for my Mother In Law's 100th birthday celebration! Back Monday evening.

LAST MINUTE TEAM PHOTO BOOKINGS CAN BE MADE FOR THE REMAINING SPOTS ONLINE - Cairns Teams, Tweed and Gladstone.

What you need to do:

1. You have been allocated a recommended time to enable us to fit everyone in for team photos. But this is not locked in!

2. If you are happy with your time, please TEXT OR CALL ANNETTE - 0409 470222

3. Times in GREY are not confirmed, and "technically" are available. So,... if you like your time slot ... don't delay in confirming! Can't stress this enough!

4. Once you have confirmed your team photo time, we will send you a link to complete some details that will help us ensure your team photo runs nice and smoothly.

5. Teams that have locked in their times will change from Grey to Black.

This schedule will be updated regularly up until Thursday Sept. 12th - both here and on Facebook.

I'll be in NZ from Friday 13th to Monday 16th. Teams that haven't confirmed by Thursday will be able to use the Booking Portal. This will open on Friday.

TEAM PHOTO PRICING:

Printed & Laminated Photo in Championship Template with all the details: $20 ea. An additional complimentary Team Photo will be added to your order for your Association. Orders with 15 or more team photos can also request a digital copy at no charge.

PAYMENT: Invoice for payment by your Association is the preferred method.

Alternatively, please provide correct Cash at the time of your Team Photo.

IMAGE NAMES AND FINAL PROOFING: Compilation of your Team Photo in Template will be done after the Championship. The Team Manager will be responsible for providing player names for inclusion in the Team Photo and also be responsible for providing an "approval to print" of the final layout before printing and laminating.

DELIVERY: Team Photos are a priority and depending on the speed of approvals etc. we envisage having your photos in the mail within 4 weeks for distribution to your players. Team photos can be mailed to the Team Manager or Association -whichever you prefer.

TEAM PHOTO ACTION SHOT PACKAGES - $450

STRICTLY LIMITED NUMBER AVAILABLE

This package includes every image captured when photographing your teams games. Not all games will be covered (due to the size of this event), but when we're on the sidelines, everything captured of your team will be included. Images in this package are supplied 'as shot' (no editing).

A password protected private on-line gallery will be created within 6 weeks following the championship and all parents and players will be granted access to download the images. The Password will be forwarded to the Team Manager for distribution.

Every attempt will be made to capture all players HOWEVER, please understand that whilst we will try, this cannot be specifically guaranteed.

Premium Pre Order Package - $100

Premium Pre Order Packages are being offered for parents who want high quality imagery of their player during the Championship. These Packages are highly sought after and as such, sell out very quickly.

You receive:

* Focus on your player when photographing their team's games - for the entire championship

* 6-10 of the best images - fully cropped and meticulously hand edited (not just snapshots!), for the best possible memories

* Any additional images that are captured will be supplied in your gallery "as shot"

* Private Gallery to download your Package or USB Option +$25

Keeper "Focus" Registration - $25

Following the Championship you will receive a link to view any images captured and have the option of selecting your ONE image plus one of three packages:

- 3 Images $50 (images fully edited)

- 5 Images $70 (images fully edited)

- 7 images $90 (images fully edited)

- ALL IMAGES 'as displayed' in Gallery $100 (images have no further editing)
